• The company owner, David Church, is reachable by phone 14 hours per day. From 8am until 10pm, 7 days per week. I can be reached by simply calling 301-305-4545. I am the only person that answers our phone. More importantly, I am also involved and in touch with my crew on every move. If you receive a voicemail, it is probably because I am on the other line with another customer. I will return your call, usually within minutes. I don't like to place customers on hold.
• Easy to understand charges. Our price is simply based on the amount of time your move takes to complete, plus our travel time charge. No additional truck charges/gas charges/toll charges or whatever imaginary fees and charges our competitors come up with. Our travel time charge compensates us for the drive time to your current home as well as back from your new home.
• We do not charge for packing or wrapping your furniture in protective moving quilts/shrink wrap depending on your pieces. Moving quilts are usually enough for most pieces, others require shrink wrap and moving quilts. Regardless, you will not be charged for this.
